During your program with us you will learn dozens of coping strategies that are right for you. We will support you as you learn to implement new ways of approaching old issues in a positive and effective way.

When your program is over and you have reached your goal weight, our doors are always open to you to attend our support sessions or discuss specific food or weight related problems with our staff.

National research shows that patients who maintain their weight loss best for two and five years after completing treatment attended a weight maintenance program for at least a year after their initial treatment.

That's why at Palm Beach Weight & Wellness, our Lifestyle Motivation program is an integral part of every program and is available to all of our patients once they have completed treatment.
